Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the platform, website, services, and all content provided by 1mcuci (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all related policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any amendments to these Terms are published will be deemed as acceptance of those amendments.

User Eligibility

To use the 1mcuci Platform and participate in any games, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority as defined by the laws of your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where the use of our services is prohibited by local law.
• Not currently on any gaming platform's self-exclusion list.

1mcuci reserves the right to request age verification at any time. If a user is found to be under the required age, the account will be terminated immediately and all balances may be forfeited upon completion of the investigation.

Registration and Account Management

Each user is only permitted to register and maintain one active account only. Holding multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a family member's, or a third party's — is strictly prohibited. 1mcuci reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any existing balances if this violation is detected.

During registration, you are responsible for:

1mcuci is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized third-party access to your account, particularly if you have shared your login credentials or failed to notify us of a suspected breach.

Deposits & Payment Methods

Platform 1mcuci supports a variety of accepted deposit methods, including bank transfers via major local banks, e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go and Boost, and supported crypto assets. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or its equivalent with no hidden currency conversion fees.

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the Deposit page and is subject to change from time to time.
• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes within the 1mcuci platform.
• All successfully processed deposits are final. Any deposit disputes must be reported to customer support within 48 hours.

Any attempt to process a deposit using an unauthorised payment method, or using a bank account or wallet belonging to a third party, may result in account suspension and further investigation.

Fund Withdrawal

1mcuci players are entitled to withdraw their winnings subject to the following conditions:

• The KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. Required documents include a valid copy of your identity card or passport.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by our finance team.

• E-wallet withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes, while bank transfers take 1–3 business days.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only who have not previously registered or held an account.

Account Termination and Suspension

Your account may be terminated or suspended under the following circumstances:

• Terms Violation: Any breach of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination.
• Fraud Suspicion: Accounts suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity will be suspended pending investigation.
